The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) in partnership with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) recently released the proposed changes to the Community Reinvestment Act Regulation. The public has 60 days after the proposed changes are filed in the Federal Register. In 2020 Community-Up will convene several tables in Southeastern MI, to formulate and submit responses to address the viewpoint of stakeholders. This is not a time to stay silent. During Q1 of 2019 Community-Up was contacted by the Downtown Development Authority of St. Ignace to bring our conference to the Upper Peninsula.
